MY LOVE FOR YOGA STARTED A FEW YEARS AGO,  AND IS CONTINUOUSLY GROWING. MY WISH FOR ALL BEINGS IS TO REMEMBER TO ENJOY LIFE AND LIVE IN THE PRESENT. A WELL BALANCED GROUNDED LIFE WITH PEACE AND HARMONY AND LOVE ALWAYS !!! THATS WHAT YOGA IS ALL ABOUT . <3 IF I COULD HELP ONE PERSON FEEL BETTER MY JOB IS DONE!

“Starr Rochelle is an Astoria native. She received her Bachelors degree from CUNY Hunter College in 2015. Growing up active as a runner she suffered an injury in 2013 that required her to take time off from that, which is when she discovered yoga. She has been practicing ever since and instructing as a personal trainer since 2016. As a trainer she focuses on functional movement as well as strength and conditioning and frequently incorporates yoga into her training style. She believes yoga is more than just a practice to keep the body mobile and strong, it is also a way of life. She is registered with Yoga Alliance as a RYT 200 and her background in yoga lies in vinyasa and restorative.”

 Brittany:

I teach a Vinyasa style  yoga practice, that has a more athletic approach. So you will definitely break a sweat. I have been a RYT teacher since 2011 and I absolutely love sharing my passion with all my students. I am more of a level 2 teacher although my classes are challenging they are also easy to follow.
